Mike Bradshaw, President

Mike Bradshaw operates as the president of development for Momentum Development Group. Mike Bradshaw has managed and directed the entitlements, engineering and construction of numerous projects. Mike also provides crucial analysis for all real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as investment strategies.

Before joining Momentum Development Group Mike served as the Vice President of The Sorensen Group, the managing director for Nolte Associates in Salt Lake City, and directed a number of retail, office, and residential development projects along the Wasatch front.

After spending his undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Physics at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Mike received his B.S. in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah as well as Graduate Work in Civil Engineering and Land Planning.

Corey Leiseth, Vice President-CFO

As the vice president and CFO of Momentum Development Group, Corey is chiefly responsible for maintaining the company’s cash flow management, financial reporting tools and accounting responsibility. Prior to joining Momentum Development Group, Corey worked as the CFO for The Sorenson Group and the property accounting manager for Crescent Real Estate Equities in Houston, Texas, an integral part of Morgan Stanley Real Estate that controls over 70 portfolios in key markets across the United States. From 1994 to 1997, Corey was the Property and Corporate Accountant for Cushman Wakefield in Houston, Texas, a real estate acquisition company with over 11,000 employees in 192 offices worldwide. Corey holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Houston and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah.

Dave Barbee, Director of Engineering and Construction

Dave began his career with The Sorensen Group in 2006 as the engineering and construction project manager, and in 2010 became the Director of Engineering and Construction for Momentum Development Group. His attention to detail and relentless drive to meet customers’ budgets and schedules has resulted in continued success in development. Dave is involved in all Momentum Development projects from initial concept to final deliverable to assure that goals are met. Dave graduated from the University of Utah in 1999 with a Bachelor’s in Engineering.

Brian Watson, Director of Engineering and Construction

 

Matt Watson, Director of Planning

As the Project Manager for Momentum Development Group, Matt Watson is responsible for developing land use plans based on analysis of physical, political, and market constraints. Create subdivision and commercial layouts to optimize land use. Provide key support to all land planning and development activities. Produce CAD drawings and GIS mapping for all stages of project life. Assist with engineering and construction activities for the Real Estate Division. Matt has been working for Momentum Development Group since 2005. Matt graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Urban Planning.
